Delete Your Account

You can delete your Rizz DXB account and all associated personal data at any time.

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

1. Open Rizz DXB and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account. Confirm the prompt.

Your account is marked for deletion immediately and all personal identifiers (name, email, phone) are anonymized within 30 days.

Option 2 — By email

Write to support@rizz.ttmdxb.com from the email address on your account. We will verify, delete, and confirm within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Profile data (name, email, phone, photo, membership tier).
• Chat messages, bookings, wallet history.
• Push notification tokens.

What we keep (and why)

• Anonymized aggregate statistics (no link to you).
• Transaction records required by UAE tax and financial-regulation authorities (typically retained for 5 years). These are not linked to your name or email after deletion.
