Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rizz DXB mobile application and associated services ("Rizz", the "Service"). By creating an account or using Rizz you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Rizz.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at support@rizz.ttmdxb.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Memberships and Payments
Certain features require a paid membership tier (default, gold, platinum). Fees, billing frequency, and refund terms are displayed at purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe or Nomod. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use Rizz for any unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purpose.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
- Do not share QR codes, member cards, or booking credentials with third parties.
5. Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit (messages, photos). You grant Talent Tricks Marketing Management a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the Service.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
Rizz is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talent Tricks Marketing Management disclaims all implied warranties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talent Tricks Marketing Management's aggregate liability for any claim arising from Rizz shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
