Rizz Gateway Privacy Policy

Rizz Gateway is the staff and admin application for venue operators on the Rizz platform, operated by Talent Tricks Marketing Management, Dubai, UAE. It is a B2B tool for venue staff — not a consumer app. This policy explains what data the app collects about you (a venue admin or host) and how member data is handled. For your staff account we act as the data controller; for the member personal data you view and manage in the app, we act as a data processor on behalf of your venue.

1. What we collect about you

When you sign in or use the app we collect your name, email address, phone number, a hashed password, and your role and venue assignments. We also collect technical data: device identifiers, push-notification tokens, IP address, and app and OS version. We do not collect biometric data, selfies, nationality or date of birth from staff.

2. Diagnostics and Analytics

To keep the app stable and improve it, we collect crash reports and diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics) and product-usage analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase). Analytics events are associated with your staff account identifier and your role and venue so we can diagnose issues. This data is used only for app functionality, stability and analytics — it is not used to track you, is never shared with advertising networks or data brokers, and the app runs no advertising SDKs.

3. Member Data You Process

In the course of your work you view and manage member personal data — names, contact details, identity documents, applications, bookings, check-ins, and WhatsApp conversations. We process this data as a processor strictly on your venue's instructions; the venue is the controller for that data, and the member-facing privacy policy governs it.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your staff data to operate and secure your account, authenticate you, deliver operational notifications, prevent abuse, diagnose crashes, and improve the app. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

5. Notifications

We send operational push notifications related to your work — new applications and requests, WhatsApp messages assigned to you, and admin actions. Notifications are delivered only while you are signed in; signing out stops them. You can also disable notifications in your device settings.

6. Third-Party Services

Rizz Gateway uses no advertising network and never sells or shares data for advertising.

7. Retention

Your staff account data is kept while your account is active. After your account is removed we delete personally identifiable staff data within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal, security or audit purposes. Crash and analytics data are retained per Firebase's default retention periods.

8. Your Rights

You can access, correct or delete your staff account data from Settings, or by writing to support@rizz.ttmdxb.com. We respond within 30 days. Requests about member data should be directed to the venue that controls it.

9. Children

Rizz Gateway is a business tool for venue staff and is not directed to anyone under 18.
